Returns and Refunds:

In accordance with Consumer Right regulations no. 185 days ( consumer protection concluded at distance), the right of refund can be exercised by the customer no longer than 10 working days from the recipient purchased items. The rights for a refund paid items expect exclusively to the customer-consumer relationship wherein the customer needs to communicate with the supplier together with the detailed informations like tax code etc. The product purchased can be fully refunded in compliance that the purchased item must be returned intact including the box, unused and in its original formed. The item must be send through courier or post. Pls. send an email to this address: info@lorrelineshop.com, requesting an authorization for the said refund. 

Consumer Contract Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and cancellation can be done 15 days from the time of purchased and through our communication. It is necessary though to indicate the order number and other related information for easier tracking. The cost and trasportation must be shoulder by the client. The returned item which is not intact or deteriorated will not be accepted and will be return back to the sender with higher cost of transport. In addition, once the item have been received by us in compliance with the above and after having carried out the necessary checks, we will provide for the refund within 3-5 working days. If you have paid by credit card the amount will be credited back to you. Otherwise, you will be reinbursed by bank transfer, in this case, IBAN no. and related information from your bank is necessary. In case the item is defective or non conforming item and it is our fault, we will send our courier  to you and replace it at our own expense.
